Coupons and Sensors to Meassure Corrosivity

Methacrylate structure with copper and silver strips, used to classify the level of corrosivity in the environment, according to ISA S74-2013.

The coupons are exposed in the room to be controlled, for a period of 30 days, after which they are removed and analyzed following the method developed by Bell Telephone Systems and Battelle Columbus Laboratories, to determine the accumulated corrosion Angstroms and compare them with the ISA standards.

Continuous analyzer of environmental corrosivity. Measures corrosion values on copper and silver, temperature, relative humidity and room pressurization in real time.

The environmental corrosivity classification is according to ISA standards.
